Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you total command over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
